Partner domain publishing, ShopifyQL currencies, location bin counts

The mutation externalPartnerStorefrontDomainPublish now permits allowlisted partner dev hosts to connect without ownership verification, but the description has been updated accordingly. It can now return a new error code, EXTERNAL_STOREFRONT_DOMAIN_NOT_ENTITLED_ERROR, if the host is not entitled. The checkout branding footer visibility field descriptions now state that Shopify reserves the right to add required legal notices that cannot be hidden, so developers should not rely on these fields to hide all notices. The unifiedMarkets flag in ShopFeatures is now deprecated and always true, so remove any checks against it. Location type receives a new binCount integer field and makes inventoryBins return a non‑null InventoryBinConnection, especially for development stores with the Physical inventory preview. New ShopifyQL types are added: ShopifyqlResultCurrency to describe money cell currencies, ShopifyqlRowMetadata gains a resultCurrencies list, and ShopifyqlDynamicColumnType gains a PERCENT_OF_TOTAL value. These additions require updates to query handling and UI to display currencies and the new column type. No queries or mutations were added or removed, only descriptions and new types/fields were added.
